The Brief

Caritas Hospital in Kottayam has operated for nearly six decades, committed to leading millions of patients to the light of good health and happiness. The cardiology department, which has completed 25 years of service to the community, is specialised in various types of keyhole heart surgeries. The procedure is still relatively new and unknown to most people across Kerala, and our objective was to develop familiarity with the procedure, build the brand, and generate leads.


As keyhole heart surgery was still not known to many people across Kerala, we used a two-tiered approach. Facebook campaigns were used to build the brand and promote Caritas Hospital among the relevant audience, while Google Ads were used extensively to generate quality leads and to lead people to Caritas Hospital. At the end of our campaign, the hospital was able to get hundreds of quality leads for keyhole heart surgeries.
