Triumphant Institute of Management Education Pvt. Ltd. (T.I.M.E.) is India’s leading test-prep institute with 237 offices located in 118 towns and cities across the country. With nearly three decades of service, T.I.M.E. is acknowledged as a multi-programme training specialist offering a wide range of programmes not only for national and state-level entrance exams like the CAT, MAT, JEE MAIN, and JEE ADVANCED but also for international exams like GMAT, GRE, IELTS and TOEFL. The objective was to capture newer digitally savvy audiences in Calicut, Coimbatore, Kochi, Thrissur, and Thiruvananthapuram by informing them about the multitude of programmes and tests offered by T.I.M.E. across a variety of segments.
As T.I.M.E. had such a huge portfolio of programmes, including everything from pre-schools and English-speaking courses to training and tests for a staggering range of entrance-prep exams, we focused primarily on Google Ads to get the word across. The campaign focused on students who were interested in pursuing CA and their parents. At the end of its run, the campaign successfully generated quality leads, which drastically increased the number of students joining T.I.M.E.
Audiences were carefully curated based on the type of programmes and tests they might be interested in, followed by text and creative ads designed to attract the target audiences. We tweaked Google Ads for T.I.M.E. in such a way that they appeared at the top of search results of potential students, which got converted into leads and finally turned into an increase in admissions.
Facebook ads were run for short events, announcing webinars, crash courses, repeater courses and so on, which successfully attracted candidates planning to appear for entrance exams, bank exams as well as those deciding on which career course to pursue.
