About Client

Zach & Kiki is the latest kidswear brand launched by Poomkudy Group, which has been an integral part of the business community in India for more than 42 years. Zach & Kiki is all about kids’ fashion wear that belongs to the premium segment, reflecting high quality, comfort, and style. Their collection range is for kids aged between 1 to 12 years, and they offer different varieties of kids’ apparel that match the changing trends. All their collections are made of kid-friendly, superior-quality, sustainable materials that offer great comfort.

Campaign Objective

Initially, we directed our digital marketing initiatives towards strengthening the brand. We focused on establishing a strong brand identity and market position for Zach & Kiki. We initially focused on tier-1 cities to strengthen the brand by increasing brand awareness among parents looking for premium, high-quality apparel for their kids. We then aimed at boosting online store customer visits and apparel sales at Zaki & Kiki. Our campaign objectives also included increasing the brand’s visibility and enhancing its reputation using different online marketing channels. Using content marketing strategies for different social media platforms, we aimed to reach parents who prioritize product quality over budget.

Our Approach

We launched our campaigns for Zach & Kiki with the primary objective of increasing brand awareness. We first focused on tier-1 cities and targeted parents belonging to the premium class who are concerned about product quality. We used child influencers and other digital marketing tools to garner attention towards the brand and its products, which helped increase overall brand awareness. By leveraging creative content, product-based campaigns, carousel ads, and remarketing campaigns, and by implementing other digital marketing strategies, we increased online store visits and kids’ apparel sales at Zach & Kiki. Through effective content marketing strategies, we were able to position Zach & Kiki as a premium brand and gain customer trust. As a result, there has been an increase in the total number of sales. We have also expanded our campaigns to almost 12 other cities to increase Zach & Kiki’s customer base.

Facebook and Instagram were utilized to achieve the desired results as they are powerful advertising media that can highlight the high-quality kids' apparel collections available at Zach & Kiki. This helped us win the trust of a wide base of target customers towards the brand and its products. We also used these platforms to increase brand awareness and brand recognition among the target customers belonging to the premium segment. Our efforts successfully led to new leads, and we effectively transformed them into actual customers.

Google ads were effectively utilized to enhance the brand’s visibility among prospective buyers, build their trust in the product quality and collections available, and ultimately increased online sales. We leveraged Google Shopping Ads to improve online sales. Our Google Search campaigns focussed on Brand Keywords, while Google Display campaigns were used for Remarketing efforts.
